Today shall bleed for all to see and fail to be.

This is a blinding drug that many people take.
In years to come we will read about the great mistake.
The ancient curse, a false creator.
But for now the infectious virus spreads.

The flood. The September storm it took its toll.
Piece. By piece, it ripped us apart limb from limb.
With harsh chilling winds and great echo chambers.
Greeting all the lice, the rats, the maggots, the locusts and the flies. The boils, tainted soil and rotten diseased meats.
Thunderstorms of hail and fire.

We must soon accept defeat.
