Here it lies
before my eyes...

Varnished by the sun,
the sweetest fruit, that tempted us...
I let my passions loose so easily,
Here is my day of reconin'.

Apple of discord, glowing in the snow,
Fruit of sinful seed - 't was plant by you.
Apple of discord, the vices own glow,
here it falls - defiled by you...

A fold of souls absorbed
In bone-rattling race,
the juicy loot will fall towards you,
When you divest of face.

it's pulp partakes
of pious grace...

Shall i fear your wrath or try to please in vain?
Like the autumn leaves you'll wilt away.
Foliage may fall, but apple is divine -
