The path to destruction!
Was paved in good intentions!
There is a malice deep inside!
Fueled by rage to recognize!
I am trapped in a prison of hate,
Which one day I will escape.

For those have stood in my place,
Won't let their sacrifice go to waste.
As we fight for better days,
Don't let your time slip away.

As the sky fills with fire,
The flames are burning higher.

Is this truly the end?
Why did we fight just to bend?

I let my emotions stay encased.
Because, if I am to decay,
I will never lose my ways.

The embers created by our pain,
Brought forth a dark heated reign.

Though we thought it was for the truth,
In the process got lost in a vengeful ruse.
To find some way to let go,
This is a hope I wish to know.
My heart ignites with black fire that grows.
