Deep under the ground stands the altar of awareness.
Let its stone bring chilling fear into your blood.
Know and resolve what your tangled reason says while you're there,
Frame your weary thought.

You're merely a knave
On your mind's grave.
Ember that's not to burn any more is your crave.

When the darkness falls inside you,
Blinds your eyes and lurks in your lungs,
Try to stay awake,
Try to see what still is left to
See the forlorn endeavours
And th' bitter fervours.
Summon everything that you've declined before.
