She locks the door behind him
In her hand she holds the pay
That ends another day

She puts her hands in water
As if to wash the blame away
She does that everyday

The she closes her eyes
And she tries to pray
Before the guilt comes her way

She takes the time to light a candle
That she brings besides her bed
And start writing on a paper

She's got a little brother back home
She loves him very much, she says
