Suotana - Through The Mammoth Valley

By the winds force
Horizontally blowing snow
Made it hard to see
But the journey was about to begin
And we have a long way to go
All the steps in the glacial snow
Disappear behind us
But don't look back
It's meaningless
There's no turning back

My pack, walk beside me
March with me to the mammoth valley
Where we used to be
Where we used to lie
This is the place
Where we once died...

Oh, can you see?
We have returned to our home
Where the green trees rise through the snow
The land enclosed by the highest hills
Guarded us from the outside world
For this last time
This was all I wanted to show
Our time once dried out
But still.. I want to believe

Many years ago
These lands were our home
These lakes and rivers
We've finally returned to our home

By the times force
Around the trees, a melting snow
Made it hard to live
And the new age was about to begin
We had a long way to go
All the steps in the fading snow
Disappear behind us
But don't look back
We need to live the dream
As long as it lasts!
