Such a long and terrible winter at war. You walk the deserted streets, catching the look of doom in people's eyes. A girl is crying on the bus. And not a single smile for a whole month.The huge Tangerine cat majestically and calmly meanders through the snowdrifts. His eyes reflect all the love of this world. His coat has absorbed all the joy of this world. He knows that spring will come and it will be good. He's so free. I want to be like him. In the evening when he runs to the gate to greet me, and at night when he falls asleep on the windowsill, he lights a light in me, and I understand that life is wonderful, despite the long winter. My room has a tiny window that I look through full of hope and memories ... memories that have warmed me all these months. Despite the fact that no one except me knows it ... despite the fact that I am sick, poor and disappointed, and so much hatred and fear surround me, and this winter is so long and cold, and I hurt so bad that I want to die, and I'm so far from my love, and I do not know if I will be able to escape, survive, or what will happen next ...
