In the darkness you cannot use bayonets
The only way you can kill people
is to throw a couple of granades
and then machinegun it
and then get on.

Of course there are casualties in war
But what is important, is not that one dies,
but the principles that one dies for.

The fighting unit is simply an expression of morality,
thus the motto of the armed forces is
We have nothing to loose, but our honour.

It is anywhere a scientific fact
that the modern techniques of armed combat
whatever the theater of war, whether arctic or tropic
allow even the foot soldier, to avoid the discomfort
of rain, water, gales
of heat, cold and mud.
