A sacred reminder, for millennia it has troubled
And looming behind her a darkness beneath her swallows
I've been reading across these lines still I can't explain, yet I chant in vain
Slipping deeply below the waves in a lake of sorrow the stone may break
Ancient one, kill all light, Ancient one, hear all lies
And who would cross here? Did you really think you may follow?

Into the earth and clay they lay banished, never fade
Then fold and roll now cold underneath the Temples shade
