Abandoned by Light - Lost Within These Walls

In my journey through the darkness
I fell through a void within myself
One that I will fill with hatred
And use to burn you to the ground
Your God may forgive all your sins
But I will never
You will never be free of me
When I climb the forest of my sorrows
And return to the world of man

Lost within these walls, fortress of the mind
I wait for the sun to shine through the haze
To light the path that I should take
But the light never arrives
The thoughts in my head, a torture I bear
Screaming, but I hear nothing
Cutting, but never bleeding
Breathing, but never living
I am truly dead, one with the corpses I hate

Run from the heavens, may they never find you
Followed by your mistakes, may they torment you
Fall on your knees and pray, may they never be answered
I wish you nothing but damnation, to live with your pain
Your pathetic excuse for an existence will continue forever
So you may never find peace, for what you did to me
