Here i lay with my face in the dirt
didn't remember a thing at all
from the very beginning to the moment
i saw the moon rise in its grace

now minutes go like hours
i found nothing in the face of the day
most things i found in the pride of night

could you find me new place
cause they found me here
now my shell broke like bones in a fight
could you find me a new place
cause they found me here
and i don't feel safe without a light

i was charmed by the light of night
try to catch the moon cost me lots of time
now that i know that i have to wait
everything in my head goes more fine
