Suffer no longer,
There is none higher than I.

To war with God,
Seems so one-sided,

I stormed into Hell,
Rallied Legion,
Gathered Satan's army,
Relishing Heaven's demise.

I will finish what the son of perdition began,
In the days of old, when the blood ran.
Pillars of salt, empires of sand.
To rue the day blood was drawn by man.

Heaven fell easily, angels led to die.
Gates flung open, we stormed in.
Peter and his book, dead before he looked.
What perplexed me most, was just how fast.

Tanks rolled over skulls
An eternity of rest ceased.
Spirits flee in terror,
They don't resemble sheets.
Stairs ran with blood
Down the steps.
Murderers and Saints,
White walls did we paint:

Finally, the throne room.
I had not been in years.
I cannot remember,
Did I leave in tears?
