I hear the spears crushing,
I hear the axes clashing,
They are repeated as echo through the centuries
Amidst mounds
And as the cuts of a hauberk
Of my Land’s white-haired ancient times
Of a long ago war.

I can see the blood on the shield of that warrior
And a Thor’s Hammer hanging on his neck…
And Valhalla, where ones are waiting…

I feel the caterpillars of tanks rasping,
They are building roads
Of the triumph by smoke, dust, ashes.
The missiles that cutting the clouds;
The skies with jet fighters,
The attack-crafts of the air…
And the runes of thunder with a scent of powder.

I can see the blood on the space crafts,
The intergalactic UFOs of that warrior
And the Thor’s Hammer on his neck…
And Valhalla, where ones are waiting…
