White Mantis - Cavern of the Ancients

In the abyss of the night I awake and I gaze at the sky
All these legends have been told for a thousand years
And I know, the gathering is near

A scream of fortitude is ripping through the air
It's been a long and weary way through barren land
My quest is to find the cavern like the elders told
I've seen this place many times in my dreams - visions of old

My ceremonial stride
Perseverant silence be my guide
In the cavern of the ancients there's a place I have to go
I have to seek, to reveal its mystery
To experience the spirit gathering of the tribe

I'll going deep into the cave, I start to climb
With every step it feels like going back in time
Light is crawling on the dead rocks, subterranean streams
Are flowing in the endless night, onwards by all means
