Standing here, it's all so clear
Fighting this battle, that's deep within
Watching the ruins of my past crumble down
as we fall from grace
Now I'm looking back on all of the
striving and hope to find the way
where we can turn the darkest gem
and make it shine
But all is in vein as what I'm searching for
is forevermore where I once began
