Waiting patiently for flying saucers

The red kite is hanging on the air
As the traffic hurries everywhere
As you and I go running here and there
Below the red kite's emotionless unending stare

Oh my God, the cars..

Turning left and right
In and out of town
What goes in..
What goes up..

The red kite is dancing in the sky
Fixing her steady eye
On some little thing
About to die.
