The dead soul that lurks inside

That never got to fly away

As seasons change and life dies
I live inside the cage of time and lies
Outside my walls I know not what dwells
Condemned to the darkness within
As snow falls throughout the land deep
In my prison of mirrors I see not the change
To grow old and die my fate is sealed

Never to walk through woodland realms
Time is the overseer of all things in life
Wings that only feel the dark, never to fly free
