Life is coming down on you
Depression sets in
When it is through (Where do we go?)
Is there a hell
Is every man's heaven outs as well

Do we take a drug to get away from the questions
That rack our brains each day
Where will I be in ten years and
How will I react if failures near

Is failure near?

What makes you so much better than me
Easy acceptance by society
The pressures of success have dragged you in
I'll not change so easily

Some think that they have life all figured out
When, beyond death is a mystery
Is death a mystery?
Is death a misery?

Are we all game pieces of a masterful mind
A supposed god in the sky
Of which we're blind to see
So what's the answer gonna be?

It gets so complicated
For persona chosen I'm being berated
By smaller men whose only motivation
Is to stir up a little anger and aggravation
I always come to the same conclusion
It's no use trying to figure out life
