Forsaken bones left to decompose
from man to a disformed mass
devoured
thrown to the worms
consumed by the verminous mouth
forgotten in time as the aeons pass
memoir of the glorious days
petrified
turned to stone
with the soil to embrace their deads
exiled from the world of men
absorbed by the timeless domain beyond

descend in the living soil and disappear
embraced by the starving from the worlds below
far from the surface left to mortal men
where there's no more light and the sun is dead

when the sun won't rise
gone, until my bones erode
where the lights won't shine
gone, until my skin dissolve

the chasm is alive
teeth and mouth

thei flesh will rot
in the altars of death
never to return
the last man standing
will fall from grace
never to return
